I like this idea. It would reduce spamming of attacks and would make a tank sitting on the tallest building on the map odd if it had to reload.

I'd appreciate more of a kill assist point gain for more damage done to target. Similar to BF3. Kill shot gets 50 Pts Entity that did 95% gets 45Pts or whatever.. It would make me feel more reassured that i was not stealing kills from my teamm...
